One on one coaching provides a personal and intimate journey with space for private self-reflection. Coach Char provides intermittent accountability check-ins between sessions to keep you focused. Sessions are offered in person and on-line. Rates start at $60/session; $500/9 sessions.
Couples and group (up to 4 participants)
Success rates increase to 95% when you have an accountability partner. Working with someone else or a small group will keep you focused and the conversation alive in between sessions. Sessions are offered in person and on-line. Rates start at $45 per participant/session; $365 per participant/9 sessions.
Large groups (5-12 participants)
Strength in numbers and like-minded people. Connection is one of the pillars of resilience. When sharing your journey with a large group there is a strong sense of community and moving forward together in a healthy, happy, and more resilient way. Sessions are offered in person and on-line.
